Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- To assist superior in providing high level customer service experience.
- Generating sales leads and passing the lead to the sales team.
- Follow-up on job progress and update customers accordingly.
- Effectively manage and solve customers’ complaints.
- Maintain and update customers’ information and interactions in the system accordingly.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer-oriented and have the ability to adapt to different kind of customers, as no two customers are the same.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willing to work at Sungai Long, Kajang.
