Customer Service Assistant

**Job Descriptions**
- Assist customer to resolve their issue related to their orders.
- Manage enquiries from Lazada, Shopee & Facebook for Best Express.
- Complaint management by working closely with internal and external parties for effective solutions to problems and ensuring customer complaints are issued and closed within 3 working days.
- Coordinator in handling Corporate Sales order processing up to delivery
- Maintaining all ISO related matters pertaining to Customer Service
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum a SPM or higher in any field.
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.

- Proficiency with Data processing software (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills, professional and customer-oriented;
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English;
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage but not required;
- Selected applicants will work at **Best Express, Wisma Pelangi, Bangi**.
**Required documents**
- Updated resume stating qualifications, work experience, current and expected salary with recent passport-sized photography;
- Transcripts from SPM to current level;
- NRIC photocopy.
- 3 months payslip.
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
