HR Manager

Job description
- Create compensation and benefit plans.
- Coordinate in the performance review procedures.
- Oversee the HR department's daily activities.
- Fully support and cover training, payroll, appraisal, KPI, labour relations, and other aspects of the implementation process, as well as supervise the process to guarantee that the outcomes are realised.
- Overseeing and manage the office administration and management functions.

**Requirements**:

- Human Resources: 3-5 years (required)
- Human Resources Management: 3-5 years (preferred)
- Familiarity in HRIS, sourcing platforms, Google and MS office tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Integrity, maturity, professional prudence, and diligence in managing confidential information are all important qualities.
- **Preferred to have at least 5 years experience in Food & Beverage industry**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
