**Job Description**:
- Consults with Dept Head, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Subject matters expert ME HR processes, policies and procedure.
- Work closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development.
- Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., retention program, compensation review, workforce planning and organizational change).
- Analyzed trends and metrics in partnership with the HR COEs to develop solutions, programs.
- Contribute and support global compensation program such as merit planning, STI program, LTI, ACR program, recognition program, ensuring alignment with the business strategies and objectives.
- To formulate people related periodical reporting by working closely with HR operation team to extract relevant available data from the available HRIS.
- To formulate site employee’s self-service and Manager’s self-service initiatives/program.
- To provide oversee the administrative support on Personal File maintenance, Travel administration, benefit maintenance and all employee’s data in the HRIS system.
**Qualifications**:
- Good knowledge on Workday, MyWave and other HRIS or other payroll system
- Good understanding with Compensation & Benefit component
Degree in HRM or any relevant qualification
- Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment dealing with changes
- Excellent verbal and written in English.
- Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn; can work under pressure and meet the requirement of deadline
- Positive “can do” attitude to try and solve any problem
- High attention to details; self-motivated and team player
