Accounts & Admin Assistant

To handle office administrative tasks.
- To perform a daily data entry function which includes compiling, verifying and sorting information for computer and manual entry as and when required.
- To ensure payments to suppliers are issued on timely basis.
- To perform simple bank reconciliation.
- Responsible in ensuring invoices are matched and to issue credit notes where necessary.
- To perform other duties as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in accounting & finance.
**Desirable Skills**
- Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Application (Excel & Words) and familiar with computer accounting software.
- Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
- Possess strong sense of responsibility, commitment, accountability, integrity, teamwork and good time management
- Possess good initiative to learn and able to work independently.
