**Job Summary**:Manage and** **lead the Admin team to support the administrative duties in Hub.

1. Responsible in ensuring the Admin Support Team process instructions received from respective collections teams to different parties timely e.g. loan operation

2. Ensure administrative process meets SLA

3. Implement / Streamline processes to improve productivity and efficiency

4. Manage staff resources and ensure smooth operations of the Hub

5. Develop staff to a higher level of performance through personal coaching; appraisals and training

6. Plan for continuity and succession of jobs by developing staff potentials

7. Implement initiatives to constantly improve Employee Engagement Survey; maintain high morale of staff in the Hub

8. Take on ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Hub HOD

9. Provide support to new initiatives launched in Hub and division

10. Manage third party vendors (property maintenance, vendors, suppliers) to ensure prompt and satisfactory service standards being rendered

11. Perform regular review of system access rights, office inventory

12. Arrange collections specified training, update office inventory, staffing

13. Prepare expense report and monitoring expenses

14. Perform skipped trace review

**Qualifications**

**Skill Sets / Experience**:
1. Possess strong process and workflow management skills

2. Possess strong communications and negotiation skills

3. Possess good interpersonal and people management skills

4. Handle administrative duties of hub, liaise with property maintenance and vendors.

**Experience & Qualifications**

1. Relevant Tertiary or equivalent professional qualification

2. At least 3 years experience in operations and administrative functions
