Hasbro European Trading BV (HET) is Hasbro SA’s distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA’s customers in all major European countries with the help of various Sales Services Providers (SSPs). You will provide services to HET and to Hasbro SA as follows (for all European markets/Russia/Turkey & MENA territories within SSC scope):

- To manage and drive the Master data team, ensuring that the day-to-day functions run effectively, delegating to others where appropriate, providing coaching and support to junior staff.
- To improve operational efficiencies by challenging current processes and recommending solutions to the SSC Sales Administration Director
- To oversee and provide an excellent service delivery process to both internal and external customers.
- To follow-up of the processes of Data Maintenance (Customer Master, Pricing & Conditions) and to ensure that the corresponding Business Process Procedures are in place and updated.
- To follow-up all the processes related to Billing
- To be the Power User for the SAP ERP system (mainly tracks Customer Master, Pricing & Conditions, Order Processing, Billing, EDI, Credits & Debits, Reporting.), providing expertise and solutions and resolving system & process issues
- To participate actively to the new projects involving the Master Data functions, being a Subject Matter Expert
- To participate to SOX controls on a monthly basis

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the Master Data Team, Developing staff and delegating authority as appropriate whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism, efficiency and motivation
- Ensuring that the appropriate skills and competencies are demonstrated and providing support and coaching to consistently achieve required level.
- Ensuring that the responsibilities and the workload of the Master Data team are allocated to provide the best service to the local markets.
- Supporting and supervising the Master Data Administrators on SAP (customers, prices and conditions, billing), HDM and EDI functionalities
- Supporting & training SSC team on SAP processes within SSC scope
- Ensuring that the Master Data base (customers, pricing, conditions) is constantly updated and accurate as per the processes and approvals in place.
- Ensuring that the billing is run daily on SAP and that all billing documents are sent to the customers daily.
- Analyzing the processes and procedures in place and recommending solutions and/or enhancements that could improve the operational efficiencies of the SSC.
- Being a key Power user for all SAP tracks within SSC responsibilities: Customer Master, Order Processing, Pricing & Conditions, Billing, EDI, Credits & Debits, Reporting...
- Delegating testing to the appropriate individuals being final sign off Management of testing for all testing phases (new projects, system enhancements, PRS, helpdesk tickets.)
- Participating actively to new projects, being a key contributor as Subject Matter Expert (travelling if necessary)
- Developing strong relationships with local markets and internal customers
- Travelling to the markets if necessary to provide training and expertise.
- Developing and maintaining KPI’s to ensure that a high level of service is provided.

**SOX**
- Ensuring team adhere to all processes and procedures.
- Ensuring Team are fully trained and aware of the requirements for SOX
- Participating and validating SOX controls (Certus)

**GENERAL**
- Providing active technical guidance to team members
- Recruiting, motivating, and developing team members. This incorporates objective setting, clear definition of duties, performance appraisal, individual development plans, individual reviews (twice a year)
