Customer Service Admin

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handling Customer Enquiries, feedback’s and complaint’s
- Manage replace, return, refund, defect, wrong Item for customers & leaders
- Handling shipment
- Handling customer self-pickup
- Replying/attending to customer’s WhatsApp
- Prepare report for daily, weekly & monthly report
- Execute to follow up customer weekly for promotion/new product from database
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM level
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly energetic and dynamic person
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
