The position of Customer Service representative attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services. Process order, prepare correspondences and full fill need to ensure customer satisfaction is secure. In addition, it is necessary to ensure key performance index is maintain and improve.

**Tasks**
- Answer calls and WhatApps professionally to provide information about products and service, take or cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers request
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special request to designated departments for further investigation
- Guide and respond to dropships/agents inquiries from time to time
- Responsible for sales achievement quarterly
- Be a support team as a Instagram live hosting for marketing purposes as a backup hosting
- Polish in customer service in Tiktok sales and Shopee sales everyday.
- Make a planning sales with a team to achieve a target sales every month.
- Give an idea and also brainstorming sale planner for every month to maintain the target saleand audience.

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
