- Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, recording and controlling documents related to customer service.
- Assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Listen, resolve and answer to customers’ concerns, issues and questions with your best ability.
- Attract and recommend customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Prepare product and customer data reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Ensure the showroom is always in a clean and organized condition, also make sure the products displayed on the shelves are up to date, always full and correct according to their respective categories.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
