Internship - Procurement Contract Admin

**Role Description & Responsibilities**
Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Assist with contract management & carry out administrative tasks for sourcing operations.
- Communicate with stakeholders for procurement related tasks such as uploading contracts into the contract management tool, follow up with stakeholders to sign off on contracts & archiving past contracts.
- Become adept at using the contract management tool (LEX), dashboards & communities on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to accomplish day-to-day tasks. This would enable you to guide specific users in using LEX.
- Assist with other daily e-Procurement/P2P operations.
**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or any relevant fields of study.
- Good knowledge on the use of Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
- Possess a detail-oriented & meticulous mindset.
- Equipped with effective English communication (oral & written). Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese (oral & written) will give you an added advantage.
