**Overall Strategy**
HR Business Partner will deliver against the HR requirements of the key Mediabrands transformation initiatives, providing support to management to achieve a cohesive talent strategy & HR outcomes.

**Scope**:
**Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding**
- Researching the talent market to find relevant audiences
- Creating the employee value proposition
- Support management in Culture Surveys and Company's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program

**Employee relations**
- Assist HR Manager in Progressive Disciplinary and Employee Grievance Management
- Assist Director of Human Resources in HR Policy & Compliance
- Perform analysis in employee satisfaction survey and make recommendations
- Explains company compensation and benefits programs, such as medical, insurance, retirement, and savings plans, and enrolls workers in specified programs
- Audits benefit accounts/employee data and examine records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Serve as a member of the Happiness Committee

**Learning and Development**
- Assist learning manager in engaging with key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis, and prioritizing training.
- Plan annual initiatives and training programs in discussion with the Learning Lead.
- Conduct training programs for various audience groups, as and when required.
- Arrange training logistics (with support of Operations Support) and drive delivery of training.

**Compensation and Benefit**
- Survey industry trends. Complete benefits surveys and review information obtained from the results.
- Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files, maintain group benefits database and update employee payroll records.
- Allocate group health and dental claims monthly and review quarterly.
- Provide customer service support to employees. Develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the Company's benefits package.
- Design and distribute materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment, and summary plan descriptions.

**Administration**
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Updating databases internally in the HR Management System.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e., employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Assisting HR Director in reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries
- Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
- Assisting with Employment Pass Application and cancellation.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
