**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for providing information and answering inquiries about OEM products to customers.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with OEM customers.
- Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive understanding of OEM products, production processes, and quality standards to provide accurate information to customers.
- Manage customer orders, verify stock, and process OEM product orders. Process incoming OEM orders accurately, ensuring that product specifications are met.
- Responsible for providing support and guidance after customers purchase OEM products, such as warranty management and after-sales service
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, R&D, supply chain, etc) to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet customer requirements.
- To develop potential products/ OEM products for customers
**Requirement**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science /Food Technology / Chemistry / Science or related field required.
- Minimum 1 years of commercial experiences in food ingredient or food service industry or Cosmetic Industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
