Customer Service Executive

Respond & entertain prospects and customers from WhatsApp chat.
- Pick-up call from prospects or customers.
- Provide good customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue.
- Resolve all customer issues and problems.
- Follow-up on prospects who have not yet made a purchase.
- Follow-up on customers after purchase from all sales channels.
- Follow-up abandonment cart prospects from all sales channels.
- Update daily & weekly sales report.
- Execute sales event planned by superior.
- Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior
- Identify opportunities to suggest complementary products or services based on customer needs, enhancing their experience and increasing sales. (Upselling & Cross selling)
**Requirements**:
- Min 2 year of sales experience or Customer Service experience.
- Outgoing personality and passionate about sales.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with positive attitude.
- Experience with CRM system will have better advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
