**Objective**:
1. Ensure continuity of supply products

2. Reduce cost of the delivered products

3. Purchase of the right quality, in the right quantity, at the right time, at the right price, and from the right source

4. Monitor supply of products you need regularly; receiving, invoicing and payments; and tracking of quantity & quality issues

5. Pricing analysis from market

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.

2. Building a network of reliable vendors and service providers

3. Negotiating the best price

4. Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.

5. Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock.

6. Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.

7. Updating all records of purchased products.

8. Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.

9. Ad-hoc assign by superior

**Requirement**:
1 year in retail experience or similar.

Strong analytical skills.

Great written, verbal in Chinese and interpersonal skills.
