**Requirements**

A self-starter, hands-on person and willing to multi task and to take on additional responsibilities.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Computer literate (basic knowledge in Excel, Word and Powerpoint)

Have tailoring skill is Advantage

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

**Responsibility**

Support administrative works in production department.

Handle of incoming and outgoing shipments of goods & materials.

Determines minimum stock requirements; monitor inventory; re-order as necessary to maintain minimum levels.

Enters data into computerized inventory system, produces routine reports, delivery order, sales order, daily productivity report, machine efficiency, material issue, invoice, purchase request and purchase order.

Provide administrative support on purchasing & store related task.

Work closely with QC departments on all quality related matters, customer complaints, supplier issues, and others related matters.

Any other duties and responsibility that may be assigned by superior form time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
