**SALARY RANGE : RM 9,500 - RM 12,500**

**A DAY IN A LIFE**

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

- Work closely with country GMs to monitor sales performance across the region and implement strategies to improve performance
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement best practices on target setting, reporting and performance standards across countries
- Continuously assess and improve sales processes and techniques for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices across the region
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards. Coach and mentor sales teams to enhance their skills and ensure they achieve excellence and compliance

**Requirements**:
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: (If any, otherwise you can skip)
- 6 years and above experience in sales, with at least 3 years in managing a sales team or leadership role
- Strong track record in setting up sales team/org and motivating sales teams to drive sales excellence
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent coaching ability and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel frequently across the region
- Experience in change management strongly preferred
