**1. Store Admin**
- Verifies quantities & quality of arriving & out stuff destined for store room, signs for same on receiving stamp

To key in stock transaction in the computer system

To provide general administrative support such as Delivery Order, Packing List, etc.
- To assist plan and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery
- To verify documentation of goods return from customer
- Responsible for performing monthly Cycle counting for goods.
- Able to work independently as well as able to work as a team.

Liaise with other relevant department to ensure goods are received and delivered on time
- Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure have sufficient stocks.
- Organize and categorize stock to achieve visualization
- Able to work during weekend, public holiday and long hour when require
- Take on other ad-hoc duties when the whole team needs to pull together
- All other related duties assigned by management from time to time
- To involve in monthly stock take exercise and prepare monthly stock report.
- To ensure the quality of goods are maintained with proper handling of storage.

**Job Requirement**:

- Responsibility
- 3-4 years experience as office coordinator or similar role
- Diploma / Bachelor in business administration or relevant field is a plus
- Good command of MS Office
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Fluent in English and Bahasa. Mandarin or other languages plus.
- Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm / Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
