Internship Corporate Secretarial

**Business Studies / Administration**
- Assist attend to stakeholders’ enquiries and process all submitted documents relating to shareholder services.
- Assists receive, check, sort, record and process all documents received from shareholder(s) or lodging agent(s) in accordance with the necessary procedures.
- Assist to ensure documents and forms are replenished.
- Promptly, accurately, professionally, and courteously receive all telephone calls and enquiries and direct and/or relay and record messages accordingly.
- Assist to process corporate actions, transfers, replacement cheques / certificates, proxy votes, and any other Client /Shareholders' instructions.
- Assist to support client Shareholders' Meetings
- registration and polling services.
- Any other task assigned by your superior.
**Corporate Secretarial**
- Assist in the provision of company secretarial support services to corporate clients
- Assist in the preparation of relevant documents relating to secretarial matters such as Annual
- General Meetings; transfer of shares; changes in board of directors; increase in share capital; changes in bank signatories, etc
- Assist in the preparation of resolutions, minutes, statutory records and filling
- Research and develop knowledge of Companies Acts, Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and other relevant Securities Commission guidelines
- Any other task assigned by your superior.

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
