_**Position: Business Development Executive**_
**Responsibilities**:
1) Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, industry developments, and potential market opportunities.
Analyze competitors' strategies, products, and pricing to gain a competitive advantage.
Assess customer needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
2) Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects, partnerships, and potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and industry segments.
Collaborate with the sales team to create customized sales pitches and proposals that address clients' unique requirements.
3) Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
4) Marketing Strategy:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
5) Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
Generate comprehensive reports and present findings to the management team, providing insights for future strategies.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Market Development Executive, Business Development Manager, or a similar role. Fresh Graduate is also acceptable.
Surface to in-depth knowledge of market research techniques, data analysis, and business development strategies.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal abilities with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities for business growth.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed to attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
