**About the Department**:
The **Credit and Risk Management** function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform calling to prospect for fraud mitigation and timely escalation to relevant stakeholder
- Able to analyze bureau report and conduct for verification purpose
- Review and evaluate customer’s identification, income document based on internal and external guidelines.
- Validate and derive income from customer’s income documents submitted
- Ensure that all decisions are consistent and within the Bank’s credit policies
- Exhibit knowledge of the Credit Risk policies of the Global Consumer Group and risk assessment skills
- Exercise credit judgment and knowledge in performing credit evaluation and decisioning
- Maintain high integrity and strong credit culture

**Job Requirements**:

- Professional Qualification/ Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial services industry with strong credit background.
- Strong knowledge in credit and familiar with unsecured issues, policies and trend in the industry.
- Has good knowledge and understanding in credit assessment, financial analysis and fraud detection.
- Able to work independently, has strong initiative with positive attitude
- Has good interpersonal skills, good writing and communication skills in English.
- Professional Certified Credit (PCC) qualification is an added advantage
- Computer literate with good command in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel.
- Act with personal accountability and focus to deliver results.
- Approaches work within optimism, sense of urgency and a growth mindset.
- Able to work on shift basics( including weekend & Public Holiday)
