Operations Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Oversee daily operations of the company and ensure overall operations of the company smooth running.
- Good understanding of company operations, policies and procedures and online system. Ensure that work are maintained and aligned to the company’s guideline.
- Liaise with IT personnel in online system development and provide feedback for system improvement to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and maintain related documents submission and approval on timely manner.
- Review, set up and/or enhance SOPs to support operations goals.
- Maintain a good relationship with the customer and able to take ownership & proactively helping on customer needs.
- Ensure all related duties as directed by superior is completed in the most effective and efficient manner.
- Collect and analyze feedback to ensure overall customer experience are on high level of satisfaction.
- Proactive attitude, disciplined, organized, pay attention to details and able to multi-task.
- Effectively communicate with peers, subordinates and superior.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- To perform other job assignments that may be required by company from time to time.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
- Strong critical reasoning and analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills: Team player, reliable and dependable, self-motivated, result orientated and good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office specifically a strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
