**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Create and develop IT strategy to align with company organization goals.
- Provide insight and recommendations on technology trends to help businesses innovate.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand technology needs and requirements.
- Encourage the development of a collaborative, innovative, and constantly evolving culture.
- Oversee the development, execution, and upkeep of the organization's technological infrastructure.
- Assure the scalability, security, and stability of IT systems.
- Effectively develop and oversee the IT budget, ensuring both cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Streamline resource allocation to meet project timelines and achieve business goals.
- Supervise IT projects, from initial planning to final execution, guaranteeing punctual delivery and compliance with high-quality standards.
- Establish project governance frameworks to monitor advancement and mitigate risks effectively.
- Establish and uphold cybersecurity protocols to protect valuable information.
- Ensure that industry regulations and data protection laws are followed.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective IT solutions.
- Ensure efficient communication with top-level executives, consistently updating them on the progress and performance of IT initiatives.
- Assess, negotiate, and oversee relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
- Supervise service levels and evaluate vendor performance to guarantee both quality and cost-effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience needed for this position.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware and providing system support is required.
- Possess strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with collaboration tools, such as SharePoint.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
