**SUMMARY**:
Assisting in servicing & attending to corporate & insurance clients.

**KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Attending to Tender / Prepare quotation upon request
- Attending to prospect presentation / briefing upon request
- Assisting on client's report to help client to understand the current claims trends
- Supporting Insurance Marketing Team/ Brokers during meetings with clients
- Managing the clients’ expectations and requirements to ensure the delivery is within SLA
- Handling clients’ inquiries, complaints, billing enquiries and payment extension/ service requests.
- Interface daily with internal partners in accounting, field services, new business, and operations.
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients
- Managing clients’ expectations and requirement in their benefit management through IT platform (mobile apps and web portal). Working closely with IT and claims team.
- Reviewing and preparing Service Level Agreement - communicating with all related department on the SLA requirements by clients.
- Preparing clients’ renewal documentation (Due Diligence etc) & keeping track of all client’s annual renewal.

**Requirements**:

- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel & Word)
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in client servicing.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

**Full-Time position(s) available.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
