**Responsibilities**:

- Lead sales and marketing involving strategy planning, customer sourcing, product sales, contract negotiations, establish product distribution routes (logistics);
- Lead raw material sourcing including searching for new sources, evaluation of new source and suitability against plant design; work with Group Procurement on pricing and contract terms with suppliers;
- Preparation of annual sales plan and monitor achievement of monthly sales targets;
- Coordinate across various departments (ie. Operation/Production Planning, Procurement, Laboratory & Logistics) to ensure required information, packing material stock availability, packing requirements, customer’s shipping requirements are met;
- Report on weekly price movement of key raw materials and finished products;
- Ensure that customer inquiries are attended to and feedbacks/complaints are resolved in a timely manner;
- Lead a sales team to ensure customer accounts are taken care of;
- To comply with company Safety Policy and Procedures;
- Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superiors whenever necessary from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry related studies or business studies;
- Minimum five (5) years’ working experience preferably in technical sales and marketing;
- Good in statistical analysis and excel functions;
- Good command in both spoken and written English. Good command in Chinese will be an advantage;
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Frequent traveling required.
