- To keep abreast of the latest development in valuation methodologies and techniques.
- To keep abreast with the property market movements and developments including the construction industry and the competitors.
- To ensure that the operational costs are properly controlled.
- To market the valuation service as well as the other professional services offered by the Company.

Job Requirements
- License Registered Valuer from Board of Valuer, Appraiser, Estate Agents and Property Manager Malaysia
- Bachelor in Estate Management or Property Management or related field recognized by Board of Valuer
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sarawak
- Speaking and writing in Malay and English. Mandarin will be advantage
- Minimum working experience 5 years
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft software

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

License/Certification:
