Logistics Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Retrieve ordered products from designated storage areas or shelves based on order lists or picking instructions.
- Ensure accurate picking of items by verifying product names, descriptions, and quantities against order details.
- Pack and secure products in appropriate containers or boxes, following packing guidelines to prevent damage during transit.
- Perform quality checks to ensure that items meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safe and efficient workflow.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting cycle counts and reporting discrepancies or stock shortages.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely handover of orders or delivery or dispatch.
- Collaborate with supervisors or team leaders to identify process improvement and contribute to a positive working environment.
**Requirements**:
- High school, diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing items.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move packages.
- Basic computer skills for order tracking, labeling and inventory management tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and follow instructions.
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
