Designation: Sales Representative Mandarin Speaker
Location: KL Sentral
Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
Working days: Monday to Friday

**Salary**: RM4,000 (basic) + RM300 (monthly KPI bonus)
Start date: 15 February 2024

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder and above
- Minimum 6 months sales experience
- Able to speak and write Mandarin and English
- Local Malaysians ONLY
- Has banking experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the service provided to customers aligns with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Clarify customer requirements by probing for understanding, utilizing decision-support tools, and accessing resources to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Demonstrate active listening to customer needs and concerns, displaying empathy while maximizing opportunities to establish rapport.
- Interact with customers professionally and courteously, following agreed-upon procedures.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of client products and services.
- Complete work accurately and comprehensively, including proper notations on accounts as needed.
- Engage in activities aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
- Record and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with assigned retailers through regular communication.
- Manage the sales strategy for retailers, setting achievable targets based on an understanding of their needs and objectives to provide customized solutions.
- Exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and addressing retailer issues and capitalizing on opportunities.
