**About your role**

**Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Oversight**:

- Ensure company compliance with OSHA1994, FMA1967, and FSA1988 regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and update Safety Operating Procedures regularly.
- Investigate incidents, record accidents, and oversee safety induction training.
- Review subcontractors' safety statements, enforce policies, and promote safety initiatives.

**ISO Internal Auditing**:

- Plan, obtain, and maintain ISO certifications (ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 45001:2018).
- Manage documents efficiently, conduct audits, and identify business risks.
- Develop and implement internal audit policies, supervise audits, and ensure accurate reporting.

**Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM)**:

- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations for scheduled waste handling and disposal.
- Classify, inventory, and coordinate safe transportation of scheduled waste.
- Maintain records, conduct employee training, and develop emergency response plans.

**Administrative Support**:

- Handle ad hoc administrative duties as instructed by superiors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in HSE compliance, internal auditing, waste management, and administrative work.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and certifications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Greenbook holder
- Willing to travel
