Assistant Manager, Business Development & Strategic Transformation

**Job Responsibility**:

- Drive retail distribution network transformation projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments, including business units, marketing, finance, operations and IT to ensure alignment of business developemnt strategies.
- Develop and drive change management plans to ensure smooth transition and effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Establish tracking mechanisms and dashboards to monitor and measure project progress and performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and trend analysis to identify opportunities and recommend strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Work with cross functional departments to ensure alignment in direction and continuous feedback loop on business opportunities and risk areas to avoid.
- Responsible for our franchise, put HLBB's long term interests ahead of short-term gains

**Job Requirements**:

- Malaysian citizen
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field
- Min 3 years of experience inclusive of driving strategic projects and able to manage senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of market knowledge of retail banking products, processes and industry trends.
- Experience in managing/overseeing a portfolio of digital initiatives
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with ability to interpret information and translate into accurate business and financial decisions.
- Excellent people relationship building and sales and service mentality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create compelling presentations decks and perform data analysis.
