Admin Payroll Executive

**Job Purpose**:
Purpose of position: Serve as administrative support for company. Experience in Admin & payroll within a corporate environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee Administration Departments.
- Handle students complains and customer service
- Good telephone etiquette, and meeting and greeting visitors
- In-charge of petty cash matter.
- Preparing student docket & updating the student docket data.
- Update student data and student CLC.
- Update daily cash in and cash out record.
- Assist in daily operation needs & front office activities
- Assist in event preparation activities (arranging cleaning, security, part timers, transport and so on)
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management & able to meet deadlines
- Issuing invoices & monitor received payments
- Maintain good filing system and retrieval of records
- Active to follow up on assigned tasks and good eye for detail
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing for the centre
- Perform payroll verification and processing timely and accurately
- Check and Monitor employees’ time attendance records
- Prepare monthly headcount and payroll report with analysis
- Arrange monthly submission and payment of EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF and other salary deduction payments to regulatory bodies before due dates
- Preparation of companies annual Form E and Form EA
- Ensure that confidentiality of payroll data is safeguarded
- Provide support in other area of Human Resources and assist in ad-hoc tasks as and when required
**Job Requirements**:
- Good written and oral command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Team player with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in SQL Account & SQL Payroll software
- Well versed with Malaysian Labour law, Employment Act and other related legislation
