**Overview**:
**Salary**:
6,000 MYR ~ 7,500 MYR**Industry**:
Trading Firm- 【Admin】- Responsible to lead and execute full spectrum of Human Resource functions in the Company including recruitment & Selection, payroll processing, talent development, Compensations and benefits, employee engagement, performance management & staff discipline to ensure smooth daily operation.
- To carry out recruitment plans and activities in order to achieve timely requisition of manpower for the company and departmental operation requirements
- Responsible company payroll is on time and accurate.
- To monitor company yearly training plan in order to upgrade and improve employee’s competencies level based on the organization business direction.
- To ensure the implementation of company policy and rules & regulation are in line with company’s goals and employee’s needs.
- Liaise with Japan(HQ) when and necessary.
- Oversee the administrative function and outsourced services of the organization including security services, management of the office premises, facilities and all office equipment and property and ensure safety in the work place and provision of working tools.
- To monitor issue raised relating to safety, health and security at place of work to the management and propose control measure to eliminate/minimize the risk

【Account】
- Coordinate monthly financial closing- Check and review the profit & loss and balance sheet
- Prepare & analyze monthly management reports and give comments & explanation on the increase.
- Coordinate the monthly inventory taking and preparation schedule
- Prepared deferred tax calculation and tax provision
- Prepare and propose monthly cash flow forecast to decide the bank borrowing based on cash requirements
- Prepare Budget
- Other internal management report:

- Update the actual and forecast in Budget report
- Bank online payment transaction approval
- Check the latest assets value to determine the sum issued coverage amounts
- Prepare and share to user on production expenses budget vs actual monthly
- Report to Managing Director
- Coordinate for Actuarial Report

**Requirement**:

- 【Must】- Education Background: Degree or Diploma in any Business Field
- Having 3 years of working experience of Admin
- Having 3 years of Working experience of Account

【Prefer】- Haivng Japanese Skills
- Having Manegement experience**English Level**:
**Other Language**:
English
