**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office duties including maintaining records, filing and generating invoices, quotation, reports, statements of account, and other documents
- Preparing and providing monthly reports required by Head of Department (HOD)
- Handling customer's inquiries and manage creative request/traffic control
- Supporting the entire export team on a day-to-day basis as general admin, office upkeep, and other references and materials
- Any job related as assigned from time to time
- Proficient language in English spoken & written **MUST**

**Job Requirements**
- **MUST** be good with Excel & Power Point.
- Knowledge & experienced in AutoCount System & SQL System is Advantage.
- Internet & Social Media savvy
- Responsible and reliable with the job scope.
- Intelligent & fast learner
- High enthusiasm, confidence and dedicated personnel is encourage to apply.
- Organized and complete task on assigned time.
- Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply
- Working Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm (5 days)
- Nationality: Malaysian
