Human Resources Manager

Address and manage employee grievances, disputes, and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner
- Implement and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of market trends to ensure the organization's compensation packages remain competitive.
- Identify training and development needs across the organization through close collaboration with department heads and performance evaluations.
- Deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and a strong culture within the organization.
- Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 5-8 years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
