工作範圍:
- 維護準確且最新的員工記錄
- 發放員工門禁卡、制服、儲物櫃和其他公司材料。
- 管理文書工作、信件/備忘錄和記錄保存。
- 協助薪資處理,包括更新每日出勤情況、核實工作時間、確保及時並檢查是否有任何差異。
- 協助招募營運商和新員工入職。
- 了解最新的人力資源政策、MIDA、Matrade、保險
- 維護一個有組織且有效率的歸檔和文件管理系統。
- 更新與供應商的定期協議。
- 維修費用索賠表和快遞。
- 為小組診所發出醫療記錄。
- 保持辦公室和食品儲藏室的乾淨整潔。
- 履行指派的其他職責。
要求:
- 至少 1 年人力資源行政管理經驗。
- 精通 Microsoft Office 套件,包括 Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint。
- 注重細節,一絲不苟,準確無誤。
- 能夠獨立工作並作為團隊的一部分。
- Fingertec 和 Access Easytime 系統技能(首選)。
