Account Executive Admin

**Accounting**:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
Reconcile bank statements and perform regular financial reconciliations.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software.
Coordinate with external accountants or auditors during financial audits.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Handle payroll processing, including calculating salaries, taxes, and benefits.
**Administration**:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory; place orders as needed.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and conferences.
Maintain and update company databases and records.
Manage office facilities and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding and documentation.
Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements.
**General Responsibilities**:
Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to implementing changes.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to accounting and administration.
Provide support to management as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
