We are looking for a** Business Development Manager **to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our digital healthcare services in WhiteCoat Malaysia. This role will report to Malaysia Country Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Structure and present compelling pitches of WhiteCoat's innovative digital healthcare solutions to target clients in Malaysia.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end client onboarding process, including project and campaign management, ensuring seamless implementation for our clients.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business plan, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in the Malaysian market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and develop innovative digital healthcare products that align with the company's strategic direction.
- Conduct negotiations with potential partners, introducing WhiteCoat solutions and tailoring the best-fit solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Analyze partnership performance, extract valuable insights, and provide recommendations to enhance partner performance, effectiveness, and overall growth.
- Foster long-lasting client relationships by managing and supporting existing clients, understanding their objectives, and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve success.
- Support clients in organizing events or programs, facilitating meaningful interactions between customers and translating their business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Manage financial budgets and invoicing in adherence to contract terms and efficiently allocate internal resources for project execution.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Proven track record with over 5 years of experience in managing B2B relationships, business development, and/or key account management.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu. Knowledge of Mandarin and other dialects is an additional advantage.
- Results-oriented and highly motivated individual with a sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Quick learner with a can-do attitude, always ready to take on new challenges.
- Strong ability to work independently, self-reliant, and self-motivated.
