客户成功专员 **(华语)** 将是客户使用客户网站购物渠道的主要联系人。CSS将回应客户请求，处理关注点，并根据通过入站电话和电子邮件渠道收到的查询提供具体信息。此角色在塑造专业公司形象和确保客户满意度方面至关重要。

服務顧問 **(粤语使用者)** 將為客戶提供客戶服務支持，涉及事項包括但不限於訂單後支持、交付信息、支付信息、產品預訂、產品預篩查電話（適用時）以及一般客戶查詢。

**我们需要您具备的条件：**
- 您必须具有任何学科的证书/**SPM**/**文凭**或**学士学位**。
- 必须具备B2级英语熟练程度（阅读、写作、口语和听力理解）。
- 良好的英语口语能力。 您要精通普通话的口语、阅读和写作（包括繁体/简体中文）。
- 能夠清晰有效地以英文和粵語進行書面和口頭溝通。

**工作经验（有利条件）：**
- 在任何行业中至少有6个月的客户支持/客户服务代表工作经验，最好是在金融服务领域。
- 欢迎应届毕业生，尤其是那些具有英语与传播、专业英语、大众传播或相关领域学位的毕业生。
- 拥有呼叫中心经验是一个优势，但不是必需的。

**Job Overview**:
The Service Advisors (cantonese requirement) will provide customer service support to Client Customers’ requests for information related to items including, but not limited to, post order support, delivery information, payment information, product pre-orders, product pre-screening calls (where applicable), and general Customer inquiries.

**What we need from you**:

- You have either **Certificate/ SPM/ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree **in any discipline.
- Must have B2 level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and aural comprehension). **Decent English Speaking** capabilities.
- You are **proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in Mandarin (both Traditional/ Simplied chinese)**:

- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both **written and verbal in English AND Cantonese**

**Work Experience (Nice to have)**:

- Minimum of **6 months of work experience in customer support / customer service** representative in any industry, preferably in financial services.
- **Fresh graduates** are welcome, especially those with degrees in English with
- Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- A minimum 6-month call centre experience in Banking /Financial Services/ Fintech
and possess 6 months of Sales Experience
