Job Description- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in providing excellent telephone service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin, with spoken Cantonese being essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries efficiently, accurately, and professionally, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. They will also be required to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Able to read/write in English and Mandarin.
- Spoken Cantonese is a MUST.
- Good attitude and team spirit.
- Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to remain professional, confident, and patient.
- Ability to multi-task with good attention to detail.
