**About the Company**

Our client is a building material supplier, founded in 2013. Their headquarters is located in Singapore and their factory is in Johor.

**Job Descriptions**

**Accounts (60% of the time)**
- AP : Update vendor invoices to system & payment/TT + Handle full set of manufacturing account
- AR : Issue invoice/DO, debtor aging report, and call to chase payment
- Responsible for handling month-end activities and preparing monthly reconciliation+ financial reporting+ Cashflow management + Liaise with corporate secretarial & auditor
- GST Submission & SST Submission

**Operation admin (30% of the time )**
- Arrange delivery of stock to customer
- Purchase of regular raw material

**HR (10% of the time)**
- Monthly submit CPF for SG, EPF, SOCSO+ EIS for Malaysia
- Worker wages preparation + Alias with agent

**Job Requirements**
- Accounting or equivalent background required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Able to converse in mandarin to purchase material from China

**Remuneration**
- RM 3,500 to RM 4,500
