**MANAGER - ENTERTAINMENT OPERATIONS**

**This position is based within a modern Theme Park in Malaysia within a large integrated resort complex**

**- **Develop schedules, coordinating, and attending production meetings.
- Attend all production meetings as scheduled
- Delegate duties to Production Stage Manager and Stage Managers and oversee park wide live entertainment progress from time to time.
- Manage and oversee operations for park wide live entertainment master schedule for both streetmosphere and theatrical shows, and delegate responsibilities to Production Stage Manager and Stage Managers.
- Manage and oversee SOPs, execution of cue sheets, and checklists for park wide live entertainment shows.
- Coordinate with Creative Director, Choreographer, and Costuming Director regarding live entertainment content.
- Performs other duties that enhance institutional professionalism and/or academic needs
- Ensure work area kept clean and company Health, Safety and Environment policies are adhered
- Provide high level of personal discipline;
- Flexible in assisting and coordinating with other departments to support operation when needed
- Assist in the creation of forms, lists, run order, etc
- Assist in all rehearsal hall needs
- During rehearsal: perform daily setup and cleaning, track props and scenery, create reports and daily calls
- Perform duties as Duty Manager & Entertainment Manager on a rotational basis
- During performance: perform daily setup and cleaning, assist in the maintenance of stage pre-sets, assist in scenic changes and provide clear communication between the deck SM / calling SM and the crew.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace including rehearsal spaces, backstage area, and SM office space.
- Maintain smooth, calm operation of productions during tech rehearsals and performances.
- Attend production meetings as needed.
- Work in a safe, efficient, and organised manner.
- Ability to remain calm and organised during high-stress situations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative manner.
- Any other tasks as requested by the Department Director.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in relevant discipline with professional experience as a Stage Manager
- Minimum 7-8 years in Theme Park Entertainment, Live Event Production or Theatre, with at least 5 years in an Executive / Managerial role with experience in Show Cueing, Performer Scheduling and Administrative work.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements for the industry
- Confidence in speaking, reading and writing English essential.
- View problems as a challenge and take initiative for finding solutions
- Ability to work logically and systematically with good time management
- Able to work successfully in a team environment
- Flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Well-organised, adaptable, and proactive
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel
- Strong Leadership Skills

**Salary**: From RM15,000.00 per month
