**Job Description -Administrative & Back Office Support Staff**
- Required language(s): English - both written and verbal.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
We require an administrative assistant to join our company to offer some admin support to help with our growing workload. This is a role with expected working hours of 9 am till 5 pm.
Due to the nature of the role and the current global climate, there will be no required office work and you can work from the comfort of your own home. You must own a laptop and have access to the internet.
You shall work directly with the company Director and Head of Administration who shall assign various administrative work depending on what is required at the time.
The duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Data Entry into various company spreadsheets.
- Provide general support when required.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
