**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing OEM Business Partners.
- Conduct market research and obtain sales forecast from sales team to evaluate market potential of OEM products.
- Coordinate with customers (Internal departments i.e., Sales and Marketing, International Business Division) on OEM-related business opportunities and enquiries.
- To work on agreements with new and existing OEM Partners.
- Oversee regulatory process with Regulatory Affairs department to ensure timely regulatory approval of OEM products in its targeted markets.
- Lead efforts with both Internal and External parties to ensure smooth launch of new OEM products.
- Ensure timely initiation and completion of internal activities necessary in the process of handling of new launched OEM Products e.g., vendor code creation, stock code creation, artwork finalization, etc.
- Handle procurement of new launch and routine OEM products e.g., Purchase Order (PO) preparation.
- Monitoring of stocks arrival status for issued orders with OEM partners and proactively update customers.
- Lead and coordinate activities effectively with all relevant internal operations departments to ensure timely delivery of OEM products to customers.
- Monitor OEM Products inventory e.g., stock movement levels, buffer stocks level, sales forecast, etc.
- Prepare monthly sales and shipment forecast for management and internal operations departments.

**Job Requirements**
- A professional Degree in Science/Pharmacy with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management & Regulatory Affairs preferably in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Required skill(s): Communication skills (both written & verbal), Interpersonal skill
- Initiative, dedicated, committed, a team player and ability to work independently.
- Understanding and appreciation of relevant legal, scientific and manufacturing areas.
