Junior Executive HR and Admin

**Responsibilities**:
- Support recruitment process of local and foreign workers and contract documentation, attendance and leave balances for Group payroll and reporting function.
- Assist to liaise with recruitment agencies to facilitate renewal of permits, working passes, visas and other matters relating to MOHR, MOHA and FWCMS- Handle medical and employment benefits requests from local employees and foreign workers, and periodically support Manager in processing month end payroll and year end EA and BIK reporting, disbursements and statutory payment matters.
- Support Manager in the handling and answering of corporate affairs and inquiries, and conduct research and provide periodic updates to HR Department on relevant new policies issued by MOHR or the immigration department.
- Assist in general administrative and clerical work which may involve filing of invoices, statements, supporting other departments in liaising with government agencies, regulatory bodies and certification bodies and others as per assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates with demonstrated proficiency in dealing with HR policies are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient/Able to write and converse in fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possesses own transportation and are willing to be based in our head office in Ipoh, Perak.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
