HR & Admin Executive

To implement and document all policies, procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, both local and foreign employees.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
- Coordinate foreign worker’s work permit renewal / end contract.
- To co-ordinate foreign worker’s hostel management.
- To handle disciplinary issues, worker’s counselling and grievances, in compliance with Industrial Relations Act as well as Employment Act.
- Assisting in payroll preparation.
- Tracking and renew Company’s licence on time (e.g. MBI licence etc.).
- To undertake other related jobs/tasks as assigned by the Management such as data collection /analysis to support the organization’s needs and business direction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
