**Responsibilities**:

- Handling day to day office admin works
- Monitoring and updates of employee attendance and leave
- Handling all HR correspondences letter
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- In charge of recruitment initiatives by sourcing via multiple channels including screening resumes, shortlisting, conducting interviews, assessment and administering employment documentations.

**Requirement**:

- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowing Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate
- Excellent organisational skill and able to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and current updates

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
