HR Officer

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support in recruitment & selection, disciplinary and counseling, compensation & benefits.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, printing, filling and scanning.
- Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
- Participating in Domestic Inquiry process.
- Adhering to regulatory standards (e.g., Employment Act 1955 etc.)
- To carry out recruitment exercises for non-executives and below.
- Conduct employee orientation.
- Liaising between employees and management.
- Managing employee complaints and counseling employees regarding work, family, or personal problems.
- Ensure show cause and warning letters issued withing the timeline.
- Ensure cleanliness of premises surrounding area.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors and management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of HR relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and legislation.
- Meticulous and well-organized individuals possess good planning and follow-up skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
