Prepare HR-related letters and notice -Assist in updating and the maintenance of the leave records -Update staff monthly claim, overtime, staff work schedule etc. -Assist and manage foreign workers related issues, grievances, disputes, complaints and hotel arrangements. -Recruit staff, prepare job advertisements, interview and short-list people, negotiate with employment agencies, and set up working conditions
