Job Description:
Assist to lead, direct and manage the day to day HR and Admin activities for Dura Offices. This role provides assistance to oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development.

1. Oversee the overall HR and Admin function in the organization.

2. Developing and implementing HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

3. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

4. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

5. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations and maintaining records.

6. Managing all recruitment activities including manpower planning, recruitment, interviews, hiring and up to on-boarding.

7. Develop and implement training plan and schedules.

8. Oversee, organize and supervise office activities such as inventory, administration processes and employees’ welfare.

9. Any other ad-hoc tasks as advised by the Direct Manager

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in handling full spectrum of HR.

2. Possessed a minimum of Diploma in HR or any field.

3. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

4. Experienced in payroll processing and managing disciplinary issues.

5. Able to work independently

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
