**Job Descriptions**:
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process.
- Maintaining current HR files and databases.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
- Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any corrective action.
- Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors.
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
- Administering staff training programs.
- Preparing government reports and documents to remain in compliance.
- Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer’s own employment policies and procedures.
- Organize and attend the Steering Committee Meeting, Working Committee, Project Steering & Weekly progress meeting, and other project meetings.
- Arrange for requests and purchases of uniforms, stationery, etc. using proper documentation, and financial codes to comply with the request and procurement procedures.
- Internal Auditor for HR Department and company.
- Organize any training or event related to the company and employees.
- To perform any other related duties as assigned by the HOD/Immediate Superior.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Work Station at Iskandar Puteri and willing to travel site visit to Pasir Gudang.
- Able to work under pressure & own transport.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
